Schedule: Lessons will be given Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 10am, 11am, noon, and 1pm. All lessons are by appointment. Appropriate conduct is required.

Please initial each box: One week’s notice is required for schedule changes, so check your holiday schedules. No excuses, please. Write these requests in the notebook in the bookcase in the front room, or leave a message on the answering machine. Payments: Lessons are $55 per hour. Payment is due two weeks in advance. A deposit of $220 is required at sign-up. Payment may be made in cash, by check, or Mastercard/Visa.
