Farewell!
I have always loved my work, but after more than 30 years, I have
decided to retire at the end of June. After a few months break, I
plan to volunteer at YES College Prep High School training their
teachers to run a reading program like mine.
Already I feel the wrench of knowing I won't be seeing all of you
next year at the office. Do write to me at
readglass AT gmail DOT com or call me if I can be of help to you.
The
website will be up for another year or two, and I will update it
from time to time. Some of the wonderful people who work for me may
do some tutoring later in the summer or next year.

- Ask your family to give you two hours of uninterrupted
time—after you’ve done your share of chores.

before you decide to do the things you want to do.
Studying:
- Start with your hardest subject.
- Review what you did in class and then prepare for the
next day.
- Flag or highlight the things you do not understand.
- Once the hard subjects are done, move to the easy ones.
- Lastly, see what tests you have this week, and start to
prepare for them.
- Success starts with you, so get ready.
